Thank you for choosing to shop with us. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely happy, we're here to help.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In items original condition
  • Returned with original tags and packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order number

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale from the Last Chance items
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items showing signs of wear, use, or damage after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

We will happily help you with an exchange. If you get an item in and decide to change to a different in-stock item we can get it processed quickly for you. Shipping fees may apply to ship out the new items. If you decide to exchange an item(s) please email us with the original order number, also let us know which item(s) you wish to swap it out for.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We'll work quickly to make it right.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error or a defective item:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Cancellations

Orders begin processing quickly.

If you need to cancel an order, please email us immediately. We cannot guarantee cancellation once processing or shipment has begun.

Chargebacks

If you experience an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us first so we can work toward a resolution before initiating a payment dispute.
