Thank you for choosing to shop with us. We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible.
Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
- During sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates
Free Shipping
- Free standard shipping on orders over $75.
Standard Shipping Rate
- A flat $8 shipping rate is charged for orders under $75.
Expedited Shipping Rate
- Is offered upon request. Simply email us your shipping address and timeframe for needing it delivered and we will calculate the shipping cost and reply via email.
Estimated Delivery Times
After your order ships, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days (on most order)
- Expedited Shipping (available upon email request and quote): 1–2 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship using trusted carriers such as:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
Carrier selection depends on the destination and package size.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible via email. If your order has not yet shipped, we'll do our best to update the address.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier's control.
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed:
- Check your tracking information.
- Contact the shipping carrier directly.
- If you still need assistance, contact us and we'll help investigate.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number.
- Attach clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.
We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

At this time, we ship only within the United States.
